Summary/Overview In this unit students engage in all the phases of data analysis as they pose questions, collect and sort information and make representations as a way of sharing their findings with others. They work with pictographs, Venn diagrams, bar graphs, picture graphs, simple charts and tables to record results about themselves and their surroundings. They read, interpret, and compare a variety of representations of numerical and categorical data.
